    ROLE OVERVIEW

    Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for the relationship between ON24 and its clients. This role is responsible for the effective and successful coordination of setup, implementation, training and maintenance on various ON24 Products and Platforms, as well as partner products and platforms.

    This is a role which requires an organized individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, handling multiple projects with both long and short timelines, and facilitating projects involving sales, engineering, finance, and external client teams.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Successfully execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact for project related issues
    • Must be able to consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
    • Facilitate Account Setup, implementation, training, and ongoing account review and modification
    • Assist with the renewal process for annual renewal of accounts
    • Conduct frequent reviews with accounts to determine customer satisfaction and utilization levels

    Essential Experience

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    Role Overview: 

    This role is responsible for providing cloud platform engineering and operations support to the critical applications hosted in Azure platforms primarily and GCP as secondary support.     • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization for Azure cloud platforms with respect to cloud platform engineering and operations practices 
    • Design, develop, and build the cloud infrastructure architecture 
    • Expert in GKE, Kubernetes service mapping, configuration, and monitoring setup 
    • Experience in cloud native platforms – Redis, Confluent Kafka, Hashicorp Vault, and database platforms

    JOB SUMMARY

    A Signal Operations Engineer - APAC is responsible for supporting the technical aspects of ON24’s Signal Operations in APAC.  This includes, but isn’t limited to the live acquisition of audio and video feeds, the audio/video encoding and delivery of those streams to ON24’s distribution paths (media servers & CDNs) for ON24’s webinars and virtual events.  They handle Signal Operations support tickets that are submitted to the department by internal and external teams.  They support the Signal Operations staff and handle advanced requirements.  Signal Operations Engineers also maintain the infrastructure and participate in the implementation of new systems and technology.  This position requires an individual who is extremely knowledgeable, is detail oriented, can work under stressful live event conditions, can multitask and possesses solid technical, production and customer service skills.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide support on issues impacting live events.
    • Address event support tickets & calls related to signal acquisition and operations.
    • Work directly with sales, clients, network teams, and event coordinators on the technical parts of the signal acquisition and stream delivery of an ON24 webinar.
    • Handle the operation of advanced signal events and services.  This can involve various event, server-side, and encoder configuration, and working with client facing IT and event teams.
    • Perform ongoing maintenance of the Signal Operations infrastructure, equipment, and servers: encoders, media servers, VCU’s, audio/video devices, workstations, broadcasting, etc. This includes installation, troubleshooting, and working repair/support tickets with vendors.
    • Have a complete understanding of ON24’s platform including new and existing streaming media and encoding technology.
    • Familiar with broadcasting infrastructure and procedures.
    • Provide escalation support to Signal Operators (must be reachable when on-call via cell phone after-hours).
    • Address issues and new requirements with vendors; including Telco and CDN.
    • Use knowledge and experience to train the team and create or update documentation.
    • Perform and understand Signal Operator duties.
    • Available during after-hours/ outside normal business hours or weekend events or tests, as needed.
    • Multilingual is preferred but must be fluent in English.

    Role Overview: 

    ON24 is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to help shape and tell this story at scale. Our CMO will work side by side with CEO Sharat Sharan and the rest of executive team in driving all aspects of marketing

    Role Overview:

    The Marketing Specialist, Japan role will be responsible for the successful implementation of local campaigns, programs, and events using the modern demand generation methods working closely with the Japan Marketing Director.     ROLE OVERVIEW

    Leading ON24’s Global Account Management Sales Team, this individual will support our growth efforts within companies of 250m+ ARR and ensure the team retains and grows its customers while articulating the value of ON24. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, high-energy individual who is ready to lead a team of 2 front line Directors and 12 to 15 Enterprise Account Managers.  Additionally, the leader will also influence, provide direction and lead of the account management teams located in EMEA and APAC even though they will be reporting to the local general managers.

    Responsibilities:

    Skills & Experience:

    • 10+ years of direct sales experience for a B2B SaaS company, Martech preferred
    • 5+ years of building & leading a strong team
    • Experience selling into marketing is preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and retaining existing accounts
    • Demonstrated experience of conducting online sales presentations and product demonstrations
    • Highly proficient in SFDC, MS Excel and Powerpoint
    • Strong technical aptitude
    • Strong presentation and written skills
    • A Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

    Skills & Experience: 

    • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. 
    • CPA required. 
    • 6+ years of financial reporting and auditing experience, with at least 3+ years of public accounting experience as well as experience working in the external reporting function of a public company. 
    • Good understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules. 
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

    Role Overview

    ON24 is seeking a Product Management Director to help drive the product strategy and revenue goals of ON24’s offerings. This person will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of new and existing products and product capabilities. This includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements, refining the product vision, and working closely with a cross functional team to deliver new and enhanced solutions in a timely manner.
